Marion Thomas Flores, Partner, SeatonHill Partners a middle market interim and project CFO firm in Dallas, TX, is a graduate of Wellesley College with an MBA from Columbia University. Her career in finance, strategy and implementation consulting, and executive management includes Citibank, Bank of America, Booz Allen, Publicis, and a technology Emmy-winning start-up sold to ESPN.

Marion’s volunteer focus includes public broadcasting, medical research, and women’s issues, particularly education. She is a founder/past president of UT Southwestern Medical School’s President’s Research Council; former finance chair of North Texas Public Broadcasting and the Dallas Mental Health Association; former president of the Dallas Wellesley Club, the International Women’s Forum of Dallas, the Non-Profit Loan Fund, and the Dallas Opera Foundation; and former Treasurer of the Wellesley College Alumnae Association.

Currently she is a Trustee of the Dallas Symphony Association and active at the Boothbay Harbor Yacht Club. She served as Chair of the Finance & Investment Committee at Bigelow while she was on the Board of Trustees. Her other interests include coastal Maine (50 summers) and contemporary art and design.
